Housing for all ages (16 & over), for a range of household sizes and designed for people with no built in special needs requirements.
AMENITY HOUSING
Accommodation designed to meet the needs of older people with a 24-hour emergency alarm service.
SHELTERED HOUSING
Accommodation designed for older people, usually featuring communal lounge, laundry, guest rooms, and a staff presence with a 24-hour emergency alarm service operating whenever the staff are unavailable.
VERY SHELTERED and SUPPORTED HOUSING
Accommodation includes all the features of Sheltered Housing, with the addition of 24-hour staff presence and meal provision. Personal care needs are normally met by Social Work Authority.
CARE HOUSING
(Dementia Care and Physically Frail Care)
Private en suite accommodation with communal facilities, personal care and provision of all meals.
